Football Kit Printing
Printing your logo onto your football shirts and customising your own football kits can be a great way of getting your team recognised and stand out from the crowd.
The best way is to use Cad cut Vinyl. and press them onto your shirts using a heat press.
Equipment Needed For Football Number Printing :
1. A Good heat press.
This can be obtained from many online T shirt printing equipment suppliers. Ie: Xpres
2. Garment printing Vinyl
3. A vinyl cutter. for the purpose of this demo we will be using a Roland GX-24
4. Weeding tool.
5. Adobe illustrator to create your artwork and communicate with your vinyl cutter.
but you can just use whatever software that comes with your cutter.
6. Roland cut studio plug in.
Ok , Firstly I assume if you are reading this you must know something about Design in illustrator, If not you may need to bring your garment to our T shirt shop in East London. We can print your number for you on the same day Our shop can be found here T Shirt Printing service

1. Create your design in illustrator. if you have a logo you will have to trace it , You can do this in illustrator using the live trace or there is also a cool piece of software for this called vector magic
Please note that your design will need to be in mirror image and make sure it is expanded.
2 . Launch cut studio plug in and make sure your design is on and cut the image ( again make sure it is in mirror image )
3. Once cut weed the vinyl ( take away the areas of vinyl that you do not need )
4. Set your heat press temperature to the recommended temperature ( ours is 160 for 12 seconds ) vinyl
5. Once your heat press is at the correct temperature press the number onto your garment for the recommended time ( 12 seconds )
6. Depending on your type of vinyl it may be hot or cold peel.
if your vinyl is hot peel then peel after 3 seconds or so if your vinyl is cold release you will have to wait a few minutes for it to cool before peeling it off to reveal your printed football number t shirt.
